More than a dozen Fine & Country offices baked, made coffee and talked about homelessness on Thursday 17th May to raise £843.84 for The Fine & Country Foundation.
Fine & Country offices were stepping it up a notch this year to host a coffee morning with a twist…
Fine & Country Cambridge and the Design Studio invited Tribecca Coffee, a company with one of only 25 coffee tricycles in the world, to their offices. The tricycle grinds coffee beans as you pedal for innovative, environmentally-friendly coffee. The novelty feature was a huge success and helped Fine & Country Cambridge raise more than £200. Their donations will fund a Nepalese family whose home was destroyed by the 2015 earthquake. They are more than half way to reaching the £1,800 target to fund the supplies to build a new house.
Fine & Country Finsbury Park went one step further and hired a barista and coffee cart. The office is based in a prime commuter location in Islington, London, perfect for rushing customers to grab a quick cup of coffee on their way to work. Congratulations Fine & Country Finsbury Park for raising £71.33.
Lemon & Lime Interiors, member of Fine & Country Interior Design, raised an amazing £101.61 to dedicate to The Padley Group, a local homeless charity in Derby.
Fine & Country Brighton and Hove raised £116.83 for The Clock Tower Sanctuary, a youth homeless charity and day centre in the city.
All other donations will help to fill our grant pot for our autumn grant season. Homeless charities across the world can apply for up to £3,000 of funding for their projects. The autumn grant season is open from the 1st-31st October 2018.
