The Foundation is pleased to announce the commencement of its Autumn Grant Programme, which opens on 1st October 2024, offering charities both in the UK and overseas much-needed funding to aid projects in the fight against homelessness and poverty. With two opportunities for charities to apply for grants each year, The Fine & Country Foundation has already supported many organisations across the globe over the past decade.
Through the Grant Programme, Fine & Country locations worldwide are encouraged to submit applications, nominating a charity for a donation of up to £3,000. The Foundation board carefully reviews these proposals, and successful projects are awarded grants. In the last round of Grants, in Spring 2024, 27 charitable projects were allocated funding, totalling £41,147, find out more here. This funding provides crucial support to charities, enabling them to sustain their vital community work.
“The only way that The Foundation has been able to support organisations that are working to make their communities better for those in need, is by the generosity of those in the Fine & Country network, as well their supporters,” says Jon Cooke, Trustee of the Fine & Country Foundation. “The more money that is raised through the numerous events and challenges our network engage in, the more charitable projects The Foundation can support. It is only through the network’s efforts that we are able to do they work we do as an organisation.”
The Fine & Country Foundation has raised over £1,000,000 to date, a remarkable milestone made possible by the dedication of its supporters. As we celebrate our anniversary this month, The Foundation expresses its gratitude once again and invites the public to continue backing its mission, aiming to exceed £1 million in charitable donations, aided by the highly anticipated annual Carol Concert in Cambridge this December.
