Fine & Country Canary Wharf put on a wonderful show at the half-way point of the London Marathon on Sunday 22 April. Thousands of athletes and spectators ran, walked and strolled past the office, raising £366 for the Nepalese village, Thangpalkot1.
Fine & Country had glitter, games, drinks and an incredible view of the largest marathon in the UK. It was the hottest London Marathon recorded, so the refreshments for runners and supporters were a much-needed boost.

Fine & Country Canary Wharf is located at Mile 14 of the London Marathon.
Paul Kirby, Associate Director from Fine & Country said: “Every year our stand gets bigger and better. The generosity of the public is so overwhelming and it has made us all even more excited to visit Nepal next month. The sheer amount of people that turn out make the day a special occasion in our calendar and we cannot wait for next year.”
Hollie Gregory, Office Coordinator from Fine & Country said: “The atmosphere was amazing. It brought everyone together to support the runners on the hottest marathon to date. We were so lucky to have this opportunity to raise money for our Nepal project.”
A group of trekkers from Fine & Country are hiking in Nepal this May to support the residents from the remote hillside village, Thangpalkot1. The donations raised from this fundraising event will supply the building materials for another new house through The Fine & Country Foundation.
