Members from Fine & Country Nottingham joined Tracy’s Street Kitchen to find out how The Fine & Country Foundation’s £3,000 grant is supporting their local homeless community, on Friday 21st December 2018.

Tracy’s Street Kitchen was formed in 2016 by local resident, Tracy Dickinson, whose enthusiasm and dedication has seen her street kitchen grow into a vital weekly event for service users and volunteers.

Sara Spybey, Regional Manager for Fine & Country said: “I have been volunteering with Tracy’s for five months. Seeing all the volunteers come together each week to give food and provide a smile to 100-200 people who really need it is such a rewarding experience. I feel like I am part of a massive family.”

The Fine & Country Foundation’s 2018 autumn grant programme gave Tracy’s Street Kitchen £3,000 to fund running costs for another year. The grant will purchase supplies including: trays, cutlery, cleaning products, hand sanitizer and cups. The funding also covers the van’s insurance, tax and servicing for Tracy and her team to deliver the food to Trinity Square in Nottingham city centre.
